Several conclusions, rules, and principles

  • Every employee consciously chooses to stay with us every day, and that is incredibly valuable. In today's vast job market, with numerous opportunities and even more recruiters, viewing employees in this light makes their value even more important.
  • I advocate for honest relationships in the workplace. That's why I won't deceive candidates, and I will provide honest feedback after interviews and be as truthful as possible when it comes to separations or resignations, depending on the specific situation.
  • Each person in the company has their unique characteristics, life story, and experiences. Merely relying on any standard typology is not enough for me as an HR professional. It is essential to genuinely understand the individual, their goals, motivations, and peculiarities. Working with people, it is crucial to acknowledge that they are not robots, and a "candidate profile" does not perfectly fit everyone. At least, not always.
  • People themselves are wonderful and incredible. However, even the best and most ideal person in the world sometimes cannot continue their journey with us, for various reasons. Leaving the company presents an opportunity for the person to find their right place where they can be most effective and content, or for the company to find the right employee, which is equally important
